We are created to be in relationships with others. “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” (Ephesians 4:2)
Networking is a central tool for gaining information between you and another. You can find networking opportunities everywhere. Networking involves building long-lasting relationships. In my successful Real Estate business, these networking relationships have often become my friends. Because business lives in conversation, networking allows you to grow your business. In Unit 3 we learned about how to develop an Elevator Pitch. Remember this is a handy tool during networking conversations.

Read the Case Study (attached Below) “Bridging the Two Worlds – The Organizational Dilemma by Steven L. McShane. Describe the barriers to effective communication that existed in ABC Limited and how they impacted the employees. (5 marks)
How did the author deal with these barriers? What would you do differently? (3 marks)
Identify and explain why John was upset at the end of the case. What do you recommend the writer should do? (2 marks) Have a great evening.
